Roles & Responsibilities

  • Order Waving and Release of Pick tickets as per priority defined.
  • Preparing the receipt documents and dispatch them to the floor staff.
  • Reporting of daily Orders picked, and invoices handed over tracker.
  • Communication with Business Teams / CSD on order related queries and C&F team on shipment related queries.
  • Reporting of work progress as required by the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Escalating system related challenges for day-to-day operations with IT Support functions.
  • Prepare shift handover report and closure of daily tasks.
  • Support to Supervisor in managing Overtime Data, Staff Leave update in system, resumptions etc.
  • Coordinating with internal teams.
  • Manage / Lead a small team as assigned by the WH Supervisor and ensure they perform the tasks as required.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in Warehouse Admin role in similar industry.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Has good understanding of Warehouse Process.
  • Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
