Roles & Responsibilities
- Order Waving and Release of Pick tickets as per priority defined.
- Preparing the receipt documents and dispatch them to the floor staff.
- Reporting of daily Orders picked, and invoices handed over tracker.
- Communication with Business Teams / CSD on order related queries and C&F team on shipment related queries.
- Reporting of work progress as required by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Escalating system related challenges for day-to-day operations with IT Support functions.
- Prepare shift handover report and closure of daily tasks.
- Support to Supervisor in managing Overtime Data, Staff Leave update in system, resumptions etc.
- Coordinating with internal teams.
- Manage / Lead a small team as assigned by the WH Supervisor and ensure they perform the tasks as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in Warehouse Admin role in similar industry.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Has good understanding of Warehouse Process.
- Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
