People Operations Specialist

About The Role:

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist professional for our Information Technology and Services company, Jeeny. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s mission and goals. As the People Operations Specialist professional, you will be the driving force behind the planning, implementation, and management of our HR practices and policies. You will work closely with all levels of management to foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes growth, teamwork, and innovation. You will provide guidance, support, and advice on a wide range of HR matters to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s mission, vision, and values
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters such as compensation, performance management, and employee relations
  • Ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent
  • Develop and implement innovative employee engagement and retention initiatives to promote a positive work culture
  • Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by keeping abreast of changes and updates, and developing and implementing appropriate policies and procedures
  • Manage HR-related projects as assigned by senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of [2-4] years of experience in a People Operations role preferably in the Information Technology and Services industry
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions to HR challenges
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
